IMU Motion Capture Tools: From Setup to Validation

QSense provides a set of tools to support setup, monitoring, validation and demonstration. These tools help you move quickly from idea to instrumented test.

QSense Software Application

Supported OS: Windows

The QSense Windows Software Application enables users to quickly setup the system, collect raw sensor and Quaternions data, assign QSense Motion Sensors to body segments and display a live view of a 3D movements.

The QSense Application requires the QSense wireless BLE dongle.

Functions:

  • scanning and connecting sensors
  • sensor assignment to body segments
  • magnetic field mapping
  • real-time 3D visualization
  • live charts of each sensor
  • recording and export of motion data, streamed to the PC or recorded in the internal memory of the sensors
  • downloading recordings from the sensors and from the FieldSync HUB
  • upgrading the sensor firmware

It is designed for rapid setup and validation.

QSense Mobile Demo Apps

Supported OS: iOS, Android

The QSense Mobile Demo Application is designed to showcase the capabilities of QSense Motion Sensors and help you quickly experience their potential. It provides a live view of real-time motion data and serves as a starting point for developers to create their own applications.

Functions:

  • connect to sensors via BLE
  • view real-time motion data
  • experience the platform’s capabilities quickly

It serves as both a demonstration tool and a starting point for custom mobile applications.
