Build motion intelligence that works in the real world.
At QSense, we design and build high-performance motion sensing systems for demanding applications โ from rehabilitation and sports to industrial ergonomics, tactical training and XR.
We work on real engineering problems:
systems that must be accurate, synchronized, low-latency and robust outside controlled lab environments.
If you are driven by technical quality, system thinking and real-world impact, youโll feel at home here.
What we work on
Our work spans the full stack of motion sensing technology:
- wearable hardware design and electronics
- embedded firmware and real-time systems
- wireless communication and synchronization
- signal processing and sensor fusion
- SDKs, APIs and system integration
- application support for research, industry and OEM partners
We build platforms โ not demos. Everything we design is intended to scale into operational use.
How we work
We work in small, focused teams with short communication lines and a strong engineering culture.
You can expect:
- direct involvement in product architecture and design decisions
- close collaboration between hardware, firmware and software disciplines
- projects that run from concept through to deployment
- a pragmatic, solution-oriented environment
We value clarity, robustness and craftsmanship over hype.
Who weโre looking for
We are typically interested in people with backgrounds in:
- electronics engineering
- embedded systems & firmware
- software engineering (C/C++, C#, Python)
- signal processing & algorithms
- mechatronics & applied physics
- biomechanics / human movement science (application side)
Experience with wearable systems, wireless technologies, real-time systems or sensor platforms is a strong plus.
A stable engineering environment
QSense is developed by 2M Engineering, providing a solid engineering base and long-term continuity. This is not a short-term startup environment โ we build platforms intended to be used and supported for years.
