About QSense

Engineering motion intelligence for performance-critical applications

QSense is a technology company specialising in high-performance wearable motion sensing systems. We design and develop IMU-based platforms for applications where accuracy, reliability and timing are critical โ€“ and where motion data is not โ€œnice to haveโ€, but mission-critical.

Our work sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, embedded systems, real-time data processing and applied biomechanics. We support research teams, OEM partners and performance-driven organisations in capturing, analysing and acting on human motion in real-world environments.

From clinical rehabilitation and industrial ergonomics to elite sports, tactical training and interactive systems, QSense provides the motion intelligence foundation for applications that operate outside controlled labs and studios.

QSense-Motion Services

Built for real-world performance

Traditional motion capture and wearable solutions are often designed for controlled conditions. QSense is engineered for reality.

Our platforms are designed to perform reliably in environments where conditions are unpredictable, usage is intensive and decisions depend on trustworthy data. This focus on real-world robustness, deterministic timing and system-level design is what sets QSense apart.

Platform thinking, not point solutions

QSense is developed as an open, modular platform. We combine:

  • high-performance wearable IMU sensors
  • real-time wireless data streaming and synchronization
  • open SDKs and APIs
  • system tooling and visualization
  • and OEM-ready architectures

This allows our partners to move seamlessly from concept and pilot to product and scale โ€“ without switching platforms or re-engineering core components.

A partner in building motion-driven systems

We work with:

  • research institutes
  • clinical teams
  • industrial organisations
  • performance programs
  • OEMs and system integrators

to develop motion-driven solutions that are technically sound, operationally viable and scalable.

Our role goes beyond supplying components. We support architecture design, algorithm development, system integration and productisation โ€“ helping partners turn motion data into meaningful, actionable insight.

Engineering backbone

QSense is developed by 2M Engineering, a Netherlands-based engineering company with over 20 years of experience in designing and industrialising high-performance electronic systems.

This gives QSense a solid foundation in hardware design, embedded development, wireless communication, product validation and manufacturing readiness. It ensures that what we build is not only innovative, but also reliable, reproducible and scalable.

Letโ€™s build on motion intelligence

If you are developing a motion-driven application or product in a demanding environment, weโ€™d be happy to explore how QSense can support your project.

Tell us what you are measuring, how many sensors you need and in what environment. We will tell you whether QSense fits, which configuration to use and what the integration would take.

The hardware, firmware and sensor fusion algorithms are built in-house, so the answers come from the people who made them.
